| The Intown Order Process |
|
|
| The order process begins with a free, no obligation consultation where we help identify the details of your project. This includes your material, design, edge profile,
sink(s) and cut out preferences. During the consultation we will take measurements and figure out exactly how much material you will need. When the details are worked out, we will
write you an estimate that includes the total cost to have us do the job. The price we quote you will not change unless you make changes to your order. Any change will require
a signed change order that includes the new price to prevent any surprises in the future. |

| When you decide to have us go ahead with the project, we come out and make exact templates of the product(s)
you want. We will verify all design details with you to make sure we're all on the same page. After templating we will each sign a sales
agreement listing the work to be done and all associated costs. We collect half the money for the project as a deposit that allows us to
purchase the required materials and schedule the installation for one week later. |

| During the next week we fabricate the stone and get everything ready for installation. |
|
| On the installation day we bring out the finished products and install them. At the
conclusion of the installation we will examine the work with you to make sure we've exceeded your expectations. When
you agree that everything is the way you want it, we collect the final payment from you and shake hands. With the
job complete you get to enjoy the fruits of our labor and become another one of our satisfied customers. |
